FREE DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Banner Blokes offers *Free Delivery on economy shipping service to most regions of Australia. Occasionally we are asked to deliver to certain regions of Australia that may require involving an alternate courier company. Unfortunately, this may result in additional charges for delivery & handling.Banner Blokes reserves the right to make the final decision on any applicable delivery cost.

If there is an additional charge for delivery & handling, we will contact you once your order is made online and discuss any charges where applicable. You can either approve to go ahead with your order, or cancel the order with no obligation.

*Free shipping is also ONLY offered on single orders above $500 in total invoice amount.

*Free shipping is NOT applicable with promotions and discounts.

DISCOUNTED PRICING AND PROMOTIONS:

*Free delivery offer can be strictly availed if the delivery is to one single metro location in Australia. Discounted pricing and free delivery may not be used in conjunction with each other.

*No more than 2 orders can be placed under one company name or its associated companies to avail special offers.

*If you are a print re-seller please contact us for re-seller pricing and accounts. Client do however have an option to choose which promotional offer they choose to go ahead with, as no two offers can be applied to the same order in a specific time period.

*We reserve the right to cancel your order if we believe it has no adhered to our terms and conditions.

RETURNS POLICY:

Items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty. If you receive faulty goods, you will then have 3 working days to inform us in writing (after receipt of goods)

We reserve the right to refuse any returns of any standard stock items unless the items are damaged or faulty. Damaged or faulty items will be replaced (customer pays for return of item/s and for replacement shipment). This does not apply to goods manufactured to customer’s specifications such as folding display panels etc. All refunds will be made by bank transfer only.
